Seasonal Staffing Process
Ohio Tide provides each team with coaches that have previous baseball experience. Once a team hits a threshold of committed players for an upcoming season, we assign one of our coaches to the team. Our organization ranges from 10U - 18U age level teams.
Our coaches are supported with administrative support to enhance the Tide families experience.
