Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Sponsorships

Ohio Tide is a nonprofit organization, and all sponsorship purchases directly support our mission and program needs. Because funds are allocated immediately to athlete development and operational expenses, all sponsorship sales are final. Refunds cannot be issued once a package is purchased. If unexpected circumstances arise, Ohio Tide may offer alternative recognition of equal value at its discretion.

Strength & Conditioning Add On

This program involves additional staffing, facility, and scheduling costs with limited availability, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This additional program will follow Ohio Tide's season participation agreement which was signed when an offer is given for the 2026 season (and a signed copy is provided in your Ohio Tide account). Billing Process (per selection) - 11U -14U will pay for the session package of $250 for all 8 sessions at the onset of the registration. - 13U -14U (who start High School Season early) will pay for the session package of $175 for only sessions through February at the onset of the registration.

Summer Bash

No refunds unless the tournament is canceled.

Team Hat Ordering

One (1) team hat is included in this registration with the option to purchase additional hats. Due to the custom nature of our Ohio Tide Baseball hats, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for sizing. Please ensure your order details are correct before submitting.

Team Tryouts and Registration

Tide Tryouts are complimentary. Ohio Tide's season participation agreement is detailed when an offer is given for the 2026 season.
