We are excited to order the 2026 Custom Team Hats. Check out the sizing instructions before placing your orders.

If we do not receive your player's hat order by 10/26, we will guess on the size for your player.
What's Included
Each player receives one (1) team hat as part of their 2026 season registration cost.
Unfortunately we do not receive samples of the hat sizes so the below measuring is helpful to ensure the fit of your player. On the fence on size? Some families order an additional hat in a different size.
Extra Costs
You can order additional hats at $24 per extra hat in this order as well.
Due to the custom nature of our Ohio Tide Baseball hats, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for sizing. Please ensure your order details are correct before submitting.
Sizing Instructions
How to Measure
Using a tape measure, measure your head about one-half inch above your eyebrows where your hat will rest. Be certain that the tape measure is straight, not twisted. Alternatively, you can use piece of string to measure your head, and then measure the length of the string with a ruler.
